santpoort 

santpoort is the project of Sydney-based Dutch electronic producer, musician and visual artist Julien Mier. Creating Lo-fi, daydreamy evocations of his moniker’s namesake, a lush coastal village in North Holland, Mier has a tendency towards introspective reflections and curious meandering. Following his migration to Australia, he started channelling his homesickness into his art, creating imaginative, foley-inspired sonic textures dappled with a pop sensibility, recalling Toro y Moi and indie video game soundtracks  In his set for HALO, santpoort uproots his studio and plants it firmly in the Nest where he performs two singles from ocean tales (2021).
