Bike Thief make body music. Rhythms for the club, but not in the mould of a typical banger. The Sydney-based percussion unit has a burgeoning reputation for their high octane, dense, rhythmic explorations made up of percussive knocks, UK-garage-inspired chopped-up vocals and satisfying sub-bass. But instead of playing out pre-made studio constructions, accomplished instrumentalists Felix Bornholdt, Jacques Emery and Alexander Inman-Hislop make it all before your very eyes.
